		<description>&gt; 1. Use Email Receipt

Email receipt is a function provided by Email Client, not server. Not all email client support this. It is not reliable and confusing. It can even be turned off by user in their Email Client.

&gt; 2. Ignore Returned Mail

Return mail has all the information explaining why an email is rejected. It helps us to debug. Most people ignore and didn&#039;t bother to read it.

&gt; 3. Send Large Attachment

Should use Sendspace.com so you dont jam up someone s mailbx

&gt; 4. Mark Message Read Automatically

You should mark read only after action taken, like Reply, Forward, etc. Not by timing.

&gt; 5. Never Use Reply-All

If you dont hit Reply All, the Cc list will gone. Discussion break down.

&gt; 6. Setup Redundant Auto-responder

Auto responder should be smart. It should be triggered once.

&gt; 7. Never Change Your Password

self explaain :)

&gt; 8. Use Incorrect Encoding

Some people still send email in Arabic encoding... while the content is English.

&gt; 9. Always Compose Email in HTML Format

Use plain text better

&gt; 10. Use Sender Verification from Spam Arrest &lt;http://www.spamarrest.com&gt;

This is the stupidest way of preventing your email been marked as Spam. Too much work for recipient, etc.</description>
