If you look closely, the open and close quote are mistakenly included as part of the email address. This problem usually happen to Outlook when someone reply an HTML email.
Remove the quote or enter the email address manually can solve the problem.
Pin, I’m facing this problem. Is there any fix for long term… your solution is tedious for non IT person to do.. Is there something that can be done on our Outlook app..
This problem usually associated with corrupted Outlook. The easiest way is to use Outlook Express, or do a clean installation of your PC with latest Outlook, and not installing ANY email scanner.
Having this issue again. This time with big boss . I believe made worse when he clicks reply to all.. A lot of receipeients will get rejected due to this issue. Your earlier suggestion is not easy also .. for me lah.. guess have to try that road..
We are terribly sorry, Afdzal. Many email users mistook and use Outlook as their email client, which in fact, should not be that way. Outlook are invented to work ONLY with Exchange. If you are not hosting your email on Exchange server, one should use Outlook Express. We have been using Outlook Express for the past 10 years and never has these issues before. Yet, since Outlook is way too complicated and it has many bugs and not reliable by itself.
